DELAYS
Depending on the time of year and the items ordered delivery delays may vary.
You will receive by email an order confirmation. A second email will follow
to confirm date of shipment. Be assured that we will do our best to deliver

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it,
at your expense, within 10 days of receiving it. We will exchange or reimburse
the article as soon as we receive it in its original condition. IMPORTANT :
Damaged, accidented, altered pieces or any item with missing parts will not
be exchanged or refunded. Reimbursements will be made on the same card used
for purchase.
Every item is guaranteed through its life duration against manufacture defect
and premature wear except when the item is improperly used, accidented, cut,
neglected, or sold to a third party. It is your responsibility to verify the
integrity of the merchandise upon receipt. Damaged goods need to be reported
quickly in order to take proper measures. Any custom-made article is non refundable
with the exception of a warranty or an oversight on our part.
